It’s all the… Lyon City Tram is an 1 hour touristic tram covering Croix Rousse. The tram’s design is made to imitate the 1862 version of the Croix-Rousse hill tram. So here’s a quick read as to how… Old Town, Vieux Lyon. Maximum seats about 18 people in this cosy Lyonnais / traditional French food restaurant. 1 waitron and 1 chef. No frill, just great food and service living up to Lyon’s foodie… 2 nights’ stay at this 4 star hotel, Best Western Richelieu Lyon Part-Dieu. Erm… does anyone else think that the hotel name is unnecessarily long? haha Here’s my review. Story time? Beauty of solo travel. This was not my brightest moment. Google map was wrong AND I landed up in a spot where there was no internet… Amazeball sleep sans ear plugs! 12hrs solid sleep in a dorm, how was that? This hostel had it all going for me. Stay there for 7 days, definitely amongst the best hostel that I have ever been to. It has my ‘I’ll be back’ rating. Konokayu 木の香湯, also known as Kugino Onsen 久木野温泉 was located in the southern Aso village. Quick 5min walk from where I stayed Little Asia guesthouse (previous post). It was such a great stop for the evening after hikes or a long day of walking around. This was not a mixed bath (men & women bath naked together; konyu 混湯 Konyoyu). There will be a separate post on the infamous mix bath Sukayu 酸ヶ湯, ‘1000 people’ bath; which I went via hitch hiking. Another story another time. Latest
