Another round of less popular museum of Paris. I was going to name this post “Hidden Paris”, but this thing is too huge to be hidden anywhere. For a serious history buff, Panthéon will put your knowledge to the test. It is a mausoleum for distinguished French citizens. This place is highly boring if you know little about French history, literature or art. So, yes, not for everyone; but it is another gorgeous neoclassic architecture that Paris has to offer. The sheer scale of this architecture is marvelous to see.

That was the 4th trip to Takamatsu, so I didn’t bother to do any research. 20min ferry ride later… Voila, we’re on Megijima 女木島, Island of the Ogres. Er… Where were the vending machines? Where were the convenient stores? Where were the people?

Bateaux Parisiens was a restaurant / cruise that operates on the Seine. With the iconic Paris as its back drop, the beautifully arrange French cuisine was just orgasmic. We did the lunch cruise 12:45 service premier (front of the boat, next to the window). 2 hours of pure Parisian romance.

With generous helping of champagne, wine, cake, starter, main, cheese, dessert, and more wine. I had major food coma. We were really lucky that there was hardly any body on the cruise on that day. I think there was only 6 tables? So we had plenty of good service and attention from the waitrons.

As some of you already know, I often don’t spend much money on accommodation. I enjoy the pricier establishments of course, but many of my fondest memories were produced in much humbler places. Little Asia guest house, Minami-Aso, was one of those.

The guesthouse was run by this super mom and her dad (no English at all) + 2 kids lol. They’re so friendly and willing to help / chat. Homely Japanese hospitality.

Hubby and I stayed there for 3 nights. It was amazingly simple and homely. So relaxed with the wooden all over look. Tatami on a bunk bed?

Let’s do something different and do an airline experience sharing? Nope, this is not a cool first class / business class post. Just plain economy class. Why?  I just really enjoyed their food & their value for money surprised me *LOL*

Asian, over 30 with dehydrated combination skin. 3 simple reasons for my harsh verdict on Dior face & body foundation. My review include wet/dry swatch comparison, wear test (with macro close up to the skin) and ingredient list. For interest sake, I have inserted a comparison chart with MAC face & body foundation.
