This was 45min cave tour lead by a wonderful guide / actor… It’s one of the most photographed places in Japan. Is this place worth the hype? If I miss hanging around with a massive crowd, this infamous Japanese lavender wonderland is totally the fix. Farm Tomita of Furano! Lavender & flower fields galore. Baiyun Mountain literal translation: White Cloud Mountain. Its name was derived from the GORGEOUS ‘sea of clouds’ as viewed from the summit. My photo says it all I think. Look at that VIEW!!!!
