Here are some hidden photo locations for your summer (or spring) visit in Paris. This is called a summer photography location list because all these spots work best in summer. Best of all? I have only included FREE spots. Please note that everything is outdoor, so they may not work out so well if it rains.

The whole town is themed up to the spooky comedy manga, Gegege no Kitaro (ゲゲゲの鬼太郎). This manga series is a Japanese classic from the 1960s, drawn by Mr Shigeru Mizuki. The story line is based on a collection of Japanese folklore and local superstitions. Ryukyu was the old version word for Okinawa. This theme park recreated the times of Ryuku kingdom, a cultural type of theme park. It was small, so 2-3 hours was suffice, unless you decide to make your own pottery, glass or other local hand craft.

The park was very Japanese, not much English happens here. Well, I was there in April, off peak. The staff were incredibly friendly and very proactive in welcoming guests. Warm and fuzzy feeling sort of theme park 🙂
