Based on a tourist guide (picked up from the HKG airport), Lamma Island is good for hikes. Also, thanks to a local, she showed me around. XOX you know who you are 😛

Easy to over look this little patch of delightful things. French – Japanese fusion artisan bread store in a middle of no where. Lucky for me, I found it LOL. Honestly did not expect to find bread in a clearly rice dominate farm area. It was a good break to non-stop rice dishes. This store only used local Kumamoto flour 😀 support local farms.

In France, people are proud of their respective region, but no other region does this with more vivacity than the Bretagnais. In their region (or wherever they settle), you’ll see their iconic black and white flags, bumper stickers and some still speaks Breton!   Given that Brittany technically joined France as early as the 15th century, it is really impressive that 200k people can still speak Breton today. Craziness and I turned mega tourist haha. It was a day of Japanese food, games, cute stuff and cosplay. I liked this type of festival or exhibitions. It brought people together and acted out on their imagination in an environment where nothing was too crazy. In fact, go big or go home. This is a photo heavy post.
