Here are the 3 things that I do to make my UK travel cheaper. Welcome to Kabushima Shrine, shrine of the sea gulls. Located on a beach with beautiful view, plus thousands of sea gulls. Gone were the days where there were no fences. Fences are now built in the name of animal protection. Sadly these small buddies have dwindled in numbers over the years. Estimation: There are only 2000 of them left!!! We were on our way to Tottori sand dunes, but missed our stop. We landed up in Iwami and its beautiful coastline. Brownies to the lost ones. Wahaha. I just love Japan. Anywhere I get lost, it only gets better. Latest

Red crown crane (tsuru 鶴) has been one of my favourite animal to watch. They’re such graceful creatures. These birds do roam around all over Japan, but the easiest stop will be Kushiro. Kushiro is a small town to the east of Hokkaido. No fast train from major towns, 4.5 hours from Sapporo. If there’s ANY toy that you miss from the 1950s, one will likely find their child time favourites in this humble museum. Their collection was simply amazing. Cassettes, VHS, courtyard games… nothing was too retro… Shibu onsen is a ‘suburb’ within the mega onsen town, Yudanaka. Yudanaka is famed for its bath loving snow monkeys and natural hot springs. The peak season is winter. As I am a value seeking… Review complete with swatching against other Boujois and MAC. Warning, this is not a pretty post. Macro skin time stamped photos alert.
