All that classic old French town springs to life. This is a quiet town. Nothing is jumping out, but it is just so pleasant to stroll around. Fantastic escape from city life! Boasting to be one of the oldest natural onsen in Japan. This gem is one of my favourite amongst the open air onsens (rotenburo). It is inexpensive and a stunning experience. Breath-taking unbreached sea view while bathing. Bath within 10m from the sea!!! Swimming in the wild was addictive. After I had a taste of it in Mossman Gorge, I was totally hooked and signed up for the waterfall tour. I took that last spot 😛 So glad that I made it.
