Stay there for 7 days, definitely amongst the best hostel that I have ever been to. It has my ‘I’ll be back’ rating. Food porn alert. Beautiful local food from the middle of no where. If you visit Vannes, be sure to check this place out. Found this place north of Vannes in Brittany. So worth the 15min drive to no where. Crazy talented husband and wife team (just the 2 of them). They only use local ingredients and that includes even their flour. AMAZING food and service. According to tripadvisor, the jewel of Plaza de Cibeles is the fountain. No offence, but running through busy traffic to get to the fountain isn’t my idea of fun. In any case, in the same plaza, I found Cibeles Palace (aka Palacio de Cibeles / Palace of Communication) far more interesting and safe to visit. This gorgeous building was free to visit! Free exhibitions, free wifi, free work desks, tons… I love pho! There’s magic in the Vietnamese broth and the wonders of rice noodles. After ‘phorathon’ in 13eme, here’s favourite and my worst.
