I have just moved to Paris ! No internet at home yet. Living in the dark ages, my friends. Currently using ‘borrowed wifi’.

Will reply to your comments asap. Fellow bloggers, I will catch up on your blogs ???? I have scheduled posts for every Friday up to the end of the month.

The UK travel posts are in draft mode. Slowly catching up on those. Keep writing, writing…
Apologies that I have not posted on My Little Box September 2016 (UK) or the Graze box (UK). These will be posted once I have internet connection.

I did not get Japan Funbox for Sept, was unable to sort out my address before the deadline. I have subscribed for October delivery.
This concludes my update ????

  1. Moving is so stressful! You did it and survived to tell the tale. I hope your internet situation gets sorted very soon!

  2. She has many more than me, the last one was missing her flight at Narita last year at night…..
You do have a resident interpreter don’t you Joyce?

    • LOL ???? perhaps your wife can guest write ????
Yes, but my residential interpreter has a 35 hrs per week limit ????

  3. Good luck in Paris Joyce, I have dreamt of going there but time has slipped away. My wife did get there on one of her Scandinavian trips and stayed in the hotel where Jim Morrison died.

    • Thanks, Denis. I do need quite a bit of luck haha. With my ‘iffy’ French, I’m battling it out.

Sounds like your wife may have a travel story to tell~~

    • Thank you, Mrs Strawberry 🙂 It has been a week and I am not getting lucky *sigh* haha perhaps my new topic should me ‘my struggle’ wahahah

      • So sorry to hear that. I hope you can settle in soon.

And yes, why not blog about all the difficulties you encounter? It would be interesting for anyone who’s ever toyed with the idea of moving to France (or elsewhere) and it might help you deal with everything that’s gone wrong.

    • Thank you, Dannii 🙂 installing internet cannot get more complicated *LOL* I miss Virgin Media, it was so much easier

  4. What a wonderful experience this is going to be Joyce. Look forward to your adventures. I intend to get around to posting on my trip to France one day.

    • It will be great if you post about your trips in France. I can take some tips 🙂

Thank you for the kind comment, Sue. I am excited about my new life too.
