It’s one of the most photographed places in Japan. Is this place worth the hype? If I miss hanging around with a massive crowd, this infamous Japanese lavender wonderland is totally the fix. Farm Tomita of Furano! Lavender & flower fields galore.
Gorgeous tropical forest hike. I have no idea why this place is called “House of the Forest”. The highlight of this place is actually the jungle/forest hike in the middle of nowhere. So there’re technically, no “house”.
Amazing outdoor activities never end in Guadeloupe. Here’s a round of waterfall chase in Basse Terre. Key feature of this hike was the Carbet Fall. O, I’m not the luckiest when it came to the weather. Tropical storm in the jungle haha.
Canyoning is basically a adrenaline junkie hike where you swim, jump and slide on waterfalls+++ I’d like to share that I’m a ‘chicken’ and scared of height. However, my mother in law advised that even 60+ can do it. Okay, I’m in!
Baiyun Mountain literal translation: White Cloud Mountain. Its name was derived from the GORGEOUS ‘sea of clouds’ as viewed from the summit.
Swimming in the wild was addictive. After I had a taste of it in Mossman Gorge, I was totally hooked and signed up for the waterfall tour. I took that last spot 😛 So glad that I made it. This is review post – Cape Trib Connections’ waterfall tour.
Have you ever wonder what if it rains while you’re on a boat? This is what I’m about to share. Cambridge punting has a lot of English charm and English weather is part of the package…
What do they do when there’s no snow? Journalists are obsessed with their snowed up look. Without the snow, they do look less funny 😛 but hey, they are cute with or without the snow. Snow monkey is uniquely Japanese. They NATURALLY go for onsen baths in winter. This is their way to keep warm, well, and to get a red flush of colour for their faces.
