Ibasho, Shanghai, China. Fresh kill eel. Steamed, grilled, glazed to Nagoya traditional standards.5) Xiaolongbao. Din Tai Fung (Xinyi aka original), Taipei. World sweeping soup dumpling.4) Chicken & leek pot pie. Culpeper, London. Delectable stuff.3) Nutella & dough ball. Pizza express (Yongjia road), Shanghai. Description? Nutella.
