I have lived in this hood for about 9 months. Things are already getting quite ‘stale’ lol. One day, I decided to fresh things up and take a different route. Voila, lost *lol*. It took me an additional 30min to get home, but hey, eventually I got home. Anyhow, this has now become a habit.

One new route per day. To me, travel is making a different turn to the daily life. Don’t have to go far to discover something new. Since this is a free activity, there is no excuse to not try this out 😉

No matter how small the change is, just make the change. It can be just walking on the opposite side of the road. Take an earlier or later turn. Just change something. It brightens up my day. I hope it will do the same for you 😉

  1. There are so many benefits to doing this. It wakes you up, stops you thinking about the same old things and refreshes your perspective. You might even uncover a chance opportunity – life should never get stale.

  2. Your walk home looks lovely. You passed some lovely houses. I’ve lived in the same area my whole life so I find walking very dull as I know the area too well. I need to take completely new routes like you☺ x
