My long standing favourite for brunch.8) Soufflé. 12th floor, Takashima Shinjuku, Tokyo. Speechless.7) Mixed sushi. Tokyo. Uni, chu toro, otoro, blue fin tuna…6) Hitsumabushi. Ibasho, Shanghai, China. Fresh kill eel. Steamed, grilled, glazed to Nagoya traditional standards.5) Xiaolongbao. Din Tai Fung (Xinyi aka original), Taipei. World sweeping soup dumpling.4) Chicken & leek pot pie. Culpeper, London. Delectable stuff.3) Nutella & dough ball. Pizza express (Yongjia road), Shanghai. Description? Nutella. No further elaboration required.2) Hotate shabu shabu. Samemachi, Aomori, Japan. Fresh Japanese scallop…1) Hanasaki crab of Hokkaido. Hakodate romankan, Hakodate, Japan. I miss that taste just by looking at the photo. Hanasaki, you sexy thing!
